"I was interested in this home for rent but after asking some common sense questions, Eddie became very snappy.. I simply asked a couple questions about painting the home or removing wallpaper...he bit my head off. “This woman has lived in this home all her life, it’s perfect! Why would we change anything?!” Good Luck finding a family that will want it unchanged."

"Eddie helped us buy all of our rental properties. We worked with him initially because of his extensive investment-property knowledge but that was just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to describing Eddie's real estate experience and service. After consulting with us about investment goals, areas, price points, criteria and rental income, he narrowed down the pool of homes and came up with ingenious recommendations for getting the properties under contract in multiple-offer situations. I would like to add that Eddie's services didn't end with him selling us the homes but he went above and beyond after we bought each home and assisted us in getting the homes ready for rent and identifying great property managers, contractors, and other vendors to help facilitate the process. He has always been available to assist us with any questions we have had after buying these homes as well. We plan on buying more rental properties and having Eddie as our exclusive agent!"

"My husband and I sold our rental property in Raleigh this week with the exceptionally excellent help from Eddie...and we did all of this from the comfort of our home in Phoenix. Eddie is quick to pick up the phone and he is quick and efficient in communicating to us what was needed on our end to make the deal go through. It is obvious he knows the market and he knows the business. Eddie had to work with our renter and the buyer and our property management company as well as us in this process and he made it look easy, when we know it was not. "What a wonderful experience working Eddie! We had a tight timeframe to look at homes and wanted to be in a specific neighborhood where homes always sell fast. Eddie was very precise and detail oriented in finding out what we wanted and made great suggestions from day one! The home we ended up liking had several other offers but Eddie was able to get the sellers to accept our offer without having to go up over the asking price and including terms that the sellers couldn't refuse. Eddie's negotiation skills are really impressive! Yes!!! We recommend Eddie to any home buyer that is tied of over paying or losing to other buyers. PJ"

"Eddie helped us narrow down our search until we found our dream home and was patient while he toured neighborhoods with us from Chapel Hill to Raleigh to familiarize ourselves with the area. We decided to build our new home in Montvale, Cary and Eddie walked us through the entire process. Almost a year later, we ran into a few delays due to shortages in building supplies and labor and Eddie was paramount in making sure the builder didn't cut corners or make cheaper substitutions. Eddie was truly looking out for our best interests and was always available when we needed him. We consider him family and have recommended him to other friends and family moving here. I wouldn't recommend any other agent in the Triangle area!Thanks! Nora"
